Valley with Center Rib

This is a completed valley detail with a center rib. The following illustrations and steps will describe how to form this detail on a brake.

The panel should now look like the image to the right.

Step 3 :

Pull the material out so that the nose of the clamp is over the center and then pull out 1" more. Bend apron up 75° .

Step 4 :

Step 5 :

Flip one final time. Insert the material so that there is 1" between the previous bend and the nose of the clamp. Bend the apron up 75° complete this bend.
